Damon gets trippy


Blur performed a string of favourites - including 'Girls & Boys', 'Badhead', 'The Universal' and 'Song 2' - Damon got the crowd to sing Graham Coxon's part in 'Tender'.

Damon outdid himself by accidentally falling off the stage at Reading during 'Beetlebum', landing awkwardly on his knees. He said "I've always been uncool, that's what happens when you're uncool."

But what was cool was Phil Daniels coming on for 'Parklife' - he told us it was a last-minute thing:

"On Thursday we rehearsed, yeah. It didn't take long. The boys played well and I came on and did my two songs - 'Me White Noise' and 'Parklife' - which we haven't done for years."

"We had to do it because they were screaming for it, really. It was great because we did it a bit more skiffle than we used to so we could hear them a bit more. "

Phil Daniels les a rejoint pour chanter Parklife.
